I am a versatile, confident, innovative & and results-driven technology leader with over 20 years of experience working in Fortune 500 companies in Quality, Governance, Design, Process, Program and Service Delivery Program Management.
Received Microsoft MVP (Most valuable Professional) award for Artificial Intelligence in 2023.I have worked on various initiatives that brought millions of Returns on investment.
Program Management: Overseeing the entire product lifecycle: feasibility through scoping, requirements definition through specification, design, development, quality assurance, integration, and implementation on various projects at Program level. Responsible for client/user interaction for requirement gathering, risk assessment, finalization of technical architecture, and discussions for effort/cost/time estimation and client coordination & reporting.
Service Delivery Operation: Heading service delivery functions, to ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests. Meeting deadlines and Turn-Around-Time without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA. Coordinating client’s needs & enhancements, customization, software-related issue of clients to provide solutions in adherence to delivery schedules.
People Management: Experience with managing a team of 50 Data Scientists and analysts to develop advanced data analytics solutions using the latest technologies (Azure Cloud, MS SQL, Tableau, SharePoint, Power BI, O365). Held responsible for screening and hiring decisions for business system analysts, Data scientists, and developers by interview scans to support HR. Including Supervision, training, organizing, planning, and staffing operations. Supervised technical projects for the analytic team by delivering 60 BI (Data analytic) solutions per quarter.
Project Management: Planning project activities via scoping, estimation, tracking, chain management, delivery management, and post-implementation using Scrum, Agile Methodology, and support. Implementing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines. Monitoring offshore/onshore delivery management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects. Overseeing BI Data Analytic solutions for Schlumberger functions and delivering 60 solutions per quarter.
IT Infrastructure: Ensuring the application & compliance with the company’s policies in the administration of IT infrastructure/facilities. Assessing IT requirements of the organization in terms of software, hardware, and other products, while handling procurement. Streamlining operational procedures and advising management to adopt modern techniques, helping the organization to maintain a flawless system.
Governance & Quality Process: Defining Data Stewardship Framework, Data Standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Governance. Provide best practices & frameworks for Integration strategy, ETL strategy, Conceptual & Logical Data Model development framework, Event management and alerting requirements framework, Master data reporting requirements, Backup & Archival strategy. Defining Data Governance (DG) Communication Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Governance. Identify and consolidate use cases required for tool selection and POC. Implementing Data Dictionary, Data Catalogue, Metadata solution data governance, data quality, and metadata management within selected DG tool.
